Homeowner Orientation
We perform a walkthrough with the homeowner to answer any questions relating to the function of their new home and provide a comprehensive demonstration of the features and function on the suite.
Key Release Program
It’s possession day and time for the final delivery of the new home. During the possession appointment, homeowners are shown parking, storage and other amenities to ensure keys and fobs are functioning.
Rental Development
Pre-Delivery Deficiency Review - A detailed report will be created and submitted to the builder after a thorough review of each rental suite listing any deficiencies. We also offer Tenant Orientation appointments for the first tenancy at the completion of the project.
Consulting & Training
You may already have a Customer Care team in place but require additional support to complete the process. We offer one or two day training sessions to review the protocols for completing the Homeowner Orientation and Possession appointments.
Homeowner Orientation
A walkthrough of the entire home with the homeowner and to answer any questions relating to the function of their new home. More importantly to ensure they have a positive experience. We provide a comprehensive demonstration of the features and function in the suite. This includes how to operate appliances, heating/cooling system, shut-off valves and electrical outlets.
We will review:
- Countertops
- Cabinetry
- Floors
- Appliances
A detailed report along with pictures will be generated using a software designed for Homeowner Orientations. Bottom line – QSee's mandate is to ensure the homeowner has a positive experience during this hi-stress situation!
Key Release Program
It’s Possession Day and time for the final delivery of the new home. During the possession appointment, homeowners are shown the parking, storage and amenities to ensure keys and fobs are functioning. They are then asked to initial and sign off on the completed deficiency list, documenting that the work has been done to Industry Standards. If any new items are discovered, we instruct homeowners on how to submit to your Customer Care Team.
Rental Development
A detailed report will be created during a Pre-Delivery review and submitted to the builder noting any deficiencies found in the rental suite. This will ensure that each suite will be ready prior to the start of tenancy agreement.
We also offer Tenant Orientation appointments for your first tenants. We meet your Tenant once the development is complete to answer questions relating to the function of the suite and building. We will be testing keys, fobs and garage remotes as well as showing them amenities, parking and storage. We can also provide information on how to schedule their Move-In.
Once in the suite, we will show location of the water shut off, communications box and electrical panel. When the appointment is complete, we will provide photos of the suite and sign off on key release form which will list parking and storage numbers.
